In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "di77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the di77 platform, accessible at https://di77.io, and its operating entity.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the di77 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the di77 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and payment processing.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Member on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held within a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Member's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Effective Date" refers to 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms apply.

2.1 Age Requirement. The di77 Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. di77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if there is a reasonable suspicion that the Member is under the age of 21, and to withhold any funds in that account pending verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on di77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, di77 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit any associated balances at its sole discretion.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. di77 primarily serves the Bangladeshi market. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the di77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. di77 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. di77 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Status. You represent that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied by di77 or any other gambling platform. Registration in violation of an active self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. di77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. You must notify di77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity. All activity recorded under your account credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. di77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. di77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding ৳200 per month, provided the account balance does not fall below zero. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

3.5 Suspension by di77. di77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable belief that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred; (c) required verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) any regulatory or legal obligation requires it.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. di77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. di77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). di77 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in a foreign currency via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; conversion fees charged by your card issuer are outside di77's control.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing timelines outside di77's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the recipient institution. di77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period; specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted for VIP members. di77 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. di77 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by di77 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. Where any specific promotion terms conflict with this Section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer tables and certain high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying the wagering requirement. Full contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the Platform.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account unless otherwise stated. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period, and any associated bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

5.4 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is triggered automatically upon meeting the minimum deposit threshold applicable to the offer. Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. di77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Behaviour that di77 considers abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing matched or opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, di77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus and bonus-derived winnings and to close the relevant accounts.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the di77 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern in relation to gameplay; these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

6.2 Odds and Payouts. Cricket and sports betting odds are published in decimal format. di77 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with standard industry practice where exceptional circumstances arise, including but not limited to: corruption investigations, technical failures, clearly erroneous odds, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the Member's real-money balance at the original stake value.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round or open bet, the outcome is determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. di77 is not liable for losses resulting from Member-side connectivity issues. Where a technical fault on di77's server side causes an incomplete game round, the round will be replayed or the stake returned at di77's discretion.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per single game round and per rolling 24-hour period. These limits vary by game type and are detailed within each game's information panel. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum win limit will be paid up to the limit only; the excess is forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the di77 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating or using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not ordinarily be available.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing di77 staff, other Members, or any representative of di77 through any communication channel.

8.1 Commitment. di77 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help immediately.

8.2 Available Tools. All di77 members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the di77 Platform — including but not limited to the di77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of di77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. di77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any di77 content without express written permission from di77.

9.3 Game Content. Individual game content (including game art, mechanics, and audio) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is licensed to di77 for use on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.

10.3 Consequential Losses. 10.4 Member Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate entirely at your own risk. di77's liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
